Tiffany Thompson promoted to Concierge Program Coordinator
MWG Broker Services is pleased to announce the promotion of Tiffany Thompson to Concierge Program Coordinator. Tiffany, who was hired as part of the Morgan White Group team in January of 2008, began as a part-time Customer Service Representative working under the leadership of Wendy Thomas. In August of 2008, she was promoted to full-time in the Billing department. It was during this same time, Tiffany started attending classes at Hinds Community College.
In June 2009, Tiffany was transferred back to Customer Service, working part-time, while also assisting in Billing and Policy Issue. In May 2011, she graduated from Hinds Community College and was offered a full-time position in June 2011 in the Claims department working as the Department Assistant. In May 2013, Tiffany became the Marketing division’s Administrative Assistant. In 2015, MWG Marketing became MWG Broker Services led by Vice President Ryan Eaton.
MWG Broker Services has recently launched its Concierge Program which entails one-on-one personal service to Groups for any need ranging from eligibility, claims, and billing, to walking customers through the Group Portal.
Tiffany says, “I have had a lot of experience with the company over the years, working in the different departments. I have thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Obtaining knowledge from the various divisions helped me to understand how the complete process works! Both the TPA and Broker Services have taught me so much and I am thankful to be where I am today.”
Vice President Ryan Eaton says, “Tiffany has been a true asset to our department over the years and is recognized for always being willing to step up to the plate for any project she has been handed. Given the importance of our broker relationships she will now be helping streamline our relationships with the broker as well as their groups. As of May 1st Tiffany was promoted to Concierge Program Coordinator while continuing to handle her existing administrative roles in the department. We have enjoyed and will continue to enjoy seeing Tiffany grow into her roles in the Broker Services division.”
