BIG Announcement for the Premium Saver Plan!

MWG Broker Services is excited to announce that all members enrolled in Premium Saver will have the ability to view EOBs and check the status of their claims through our new Client Portal.

The Client Portal will go live in January 2018!

MWG Administrators will notify the group contact on the monthly invoice about the release of the EOB Client Portal. Since the registration requires members to enter in their group number, it might be a good time to make sure your contact at the group knows that number and shares it with their employees.

Dental Care Plus, High and Low plans are now available for the following states: Ohio, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Kentucky, Indiana, Virginia and Georgia.

  • Deductible: $50 per covered individual, $150 maximum per policy.

Waiting Periods

  • 6-month waiting period on restorative and other basic services for covered individuals over age 19 in the following states: OH, TN, IN, GA, MI, MO, WI, and VA. Over the age of 21 in KY and IL.
  • 30-day waiting period for restorative and other basic services in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • 12-month waiting period on major services for covered individuals over the age of 19 in the following states: OH, TN, PA, IN, GA, MI, MO, WI and VA. Over the age of 21 in KY and IL.

Broker Services – Concierge Program Reminder

MWG Broker Services is committed to providing VIP service to every customer. That’s why, beginning at enrollment, The MWG Broker Services Concierge Program offers one-on-one service to your clients. It starts with an email and phone call introduction to answer any questions the Group contact may have. We can assist with eligibility, claims, or billing inquiries. Once a quarter, the Concierge Program Coordinator will reach out to the group contact to follow up to see how the plan is working and assist the group if needed.

The MWG Broker Services Concierge Program is not just for new groups. If you have an existing group in need of one-on-one service, notify your Product Specialist. The Concierge Coordinator will be notified and will reach out to the group contact.

How to sign up your groups for the Concierge Program:

  • Offer the Concierge Program when you sell the Premium Saver to the group
  • Once accepted, the group contact must complete the Concierge Program Enrollment Form
  • The agent will submit the form to their Product Specialist
  • Tiffany Thompson, the Concierge Coordinator, will contact the group personally, once they are enrolled.
