1.) How can I view “group fulfillment” Premium Saver documents?

The group’s policy and certificate of coverage will appear for new groups under the “Documents” tab.

2.) Will participants (in a group) be able to log into the Group Portal or the Client Portal and print temporary ID Cards?

No. The ID cards will only be available in the Group Portal for the group administrator and/or agent with access.

3.) Will participants receive a physical ID card?

Yes. After the group has enrolled, a physical ID card will be mailed either to the group administrator or the participant.

4.) How can a participant receive a physical replacement card?

The group administrator and/or participant can call customer service at 888-888-2519 or email MWA@morganwhite.com.

5.) If a dependent is added to a participant’s plan, will the dependent be listed on the ID cards?

No. Only the primary policyholder’s name will be listed on ID cards.
