Premium Saver Cards Available Online!
We are excited to announce that ID cards are available online for new and existing Premium Saver Groups, effective December 1, 2018. Anyone with access to the Group Portal has the capability to download and print ID cards under each participant record.
The printable ID card will consist of two pages. The first page explains how the card works and will also include customer service contact information. The ID card will be located at the bottom of the page.
The second page includes a registration guide for the MWG Client Portal. This portal allows the employee to view his/her Premium Saver processed claims.
How to Access ID Cards
To access the ID cards, the Group Administrator will log into their Group Portal by clicking https://groups.mwadmin.com then proceed with the following steps:
- From the home page, click “Continue to Portal” or click the white rectangular box in the top right with the group’s name
- Click on “Employees Tab”
- Select the desired employees name
- Click on “Enrolled Products”
- You will then see a gray rectangle that says, “Print ID card”
Replacement Cards
If an employee needs a replacement card, the Group Administrator or agent can email MWA@morganwhite.com
