Tips for Group Administrators
Know your group number! This number is required to register for the Group Portal.

Tips for Employees
Two-Card System
The employee should present both their primary and secondary insurance cards every time they see their provider.
Client Portal
- Register: The group number is needed. The employee can get the group number from the group administrator.
- Easy access to view or download processed claims.
Provider Questions
If the employee encounters a provider that is unsure of who the secondary carrier is and/or doesn’t understand how to file claims, they should reach out to Customer Service at 1-888-888-2519.
