Understanding the importance of achievable goals paves the way for success. Achievable goals are only established through intentional goal setting. Employee emoations and actions of employees are impacted through their goals, and successful goals can increase motivation and organizational commitment. Our team leader, Ryan Eaton, challenges us yearly to create both business and personal goals. I wanted him to share some of his thoughts on goal creation and goal setting:
