What is your favorite food, animal, and book?

My favorite food is a delicious Italian dish called Osso Buco. It's a specialty from Milan with braised veal shanks, vegetables, white wine, and broth. It’s comfort food at its finest!

My favorite animal is the squirrel. They live so daringly, just trusting that a car won't run over them. Their faith and resilience are truly inspiring.

My favorite book this month is Tony Robbins' The Holy Grail of Investing. I love how it emphasizes the importance of diversification, understanding market cycles, and keeping emotions in check when investing.

Who inspires you and why? 

My husband, Jimmy Dell, inspires me because of his deep love for the Lord. He's inspired by Jesus and leads our family with faith, truth, and obedience. His spiritual guidance is a cornerstone for us all. He has also taught our girls what to look for in a husband, setting a high standard for the men they will eventually marry. His unwavering commitment to our family and his faith is truly inspiring and has shaped the loving home we have today.

What’s your favorite thing to do on the weekends?

On weekends, I love being home and mowing the grass. It's a peaceful time where I can open my heart and mind to the spirit, revealing truths and giving me the chance to pray for people.

What three items would you take with you to a deserted island?

I would take a chicken for laying eggs, a cow for milk, and a knife. These choices are practical and essential for survival: eggs and milk for sustenance, and a knife for building shelter, preparing food, and protection.

What's your favorite holiday and why?

Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday. It's a time to be with family, reflecting on what makes our lives so wonderful together, sharing gratitude, and creating cherished memories.

Briefly tell us about yourself.

I grew up as one of nine kids in the small town of Satartia, right on the banks of the Sunflower River. My dad was a farmer, and by the time I was 8, I was already in the kitchen, learning to make biscuits and cornbread. I’ll never forget one day when I messed up the biscuit recipe and added eggs by mistake. My dad and brothers, who expected lunch at noon sharp, didn’t say a word about it—they just enjoyed the biscuits and told me how thankful they were. That really stuck with me and made me love cooking even more.

I’ve been married to my wonderful husband, Jimmy Dell, for 33 years. We have three daughters, two sons-in-law, three grandsons, and one granddaughter. Family is everything to me, and I feel so blessed to be surrounded by such love and support. Being part of the Morgan White Group family has been great, too; it's like an extension of my own family. Cooking is still a big passion of mine, and I love making meals that bring everyone together.

My favorite food is chicken spaghetti, favorite animal would be Golden Doodle, favorite book would be the Bible.

Who inspires you and why?

I have so many people in my lives that inspire me, but to narrow it down, my grandmother was such a huge inspiration to me. She loved the Lord with all her heart and was faithful to go to church every Sunday. She prayed like no other for her children and grandchildren and husband. She wrote several songs that have been published. My grandmother was a strong-willed woman with a lot of wisdom, and the fruit of her prayers are still coming to pass.

What's your favorite thing to do on the weekends?

My favorite thing is to just hang out with family and fellowship.

What three items would you take with you to a deserted island?

I would take a survivor kit, tent, and a Bible.

What's your favorite holiday and why?

This would have to be Christmas; it has always been such a special time for me to just sit around with family and watch the kids’ faces light up while opening their gifts. It’s always such a joyful time, and I love giving. It is truly my heart.

My name is Destini Hudson, and I have been with Morgan White Group for 13 years now. I am married to my wonderful husband of 6 years, and we have 4 children (22, 14, 12, and 9 years old) and a grandbaby (4 years old).

I love spending time with family and the Lord. My passion is to grow closer to the Lord and learn his heart. I want my children to grow up knowing they can always rely on the Lord anytime they need him and to have a relationship with him. My main goal in this life is for others around me to see Jesus and to shine his light! I am so thankful for Morgan White Group and how this company has helped me to grow spiritually and into the woman I am today. This company has changed my life, and I am forever grateful!
