This time around, we’re proud to highlight Chelsey Osborn and John “JD” Ford, two standout team members who bring positivity, authenticity, and a little fun to the workplace every day.

What’s one hobby or activity you love to do in your free time?

Spending time with my family. Especially my niece and nephew!

What’s your favorite place you’ve traveled to and why?

NYC or any beach trip. I always wanted to go to NYC (especially during Christmas). I finally went in January 2024, and, luckily, we caught the Rockefeller Tree before they took it down and lots of places still had some Christmas décor up. It was such a fun experience! Family beach trips are always a favorite. I am not sure an explanation is needed for that one!

What’s your go-to comfort food or favorite meal?

Chicken & dumplings, pot roast, or anything made by my mom.

If you could have dinner with any famous person, past or present, who would it be and why?

Dolly Parton. She seems so kind, happy, down to earth, and seems to be true to herself which I love.

What’s one fun fact about you that most people might not know?

Dogs are life! Dogs are one of my absolute favorite parts of life. I sure do love a dog!

What's one hobby or activity you love to do in your free time?

Video games.

What’s your favorite place you’ve traveled to and why?

Difficult choice. Currently, I'd have to say Twin Lakes. I enjoyed many a summer camp and school outing there. Lots of memories.

What’s your go-to comfort food or favorite meal?

My favorite meal is mac & cheese.

If you could have dinner with any famous person, past or present, who would it be and why?

Guy Fieri because the food will be great.

What’s one fun fact about you that most people might not know?

I know how to solve a Rubik's Cube.
