To maintain an edge in today’s market, keeping up with the latest technology is key. Clients want answers faster and at the tip of their fingers. They want to spend less time on the phone and more time online. Clients often search multiple companies and brands online, comparing them in price, quality, and past reviews.

Having this knowledge available at our fingertips allows us to make insurance products easier to compare, buy, and understand. The ability to file claims, check the status of a claim, and reference personal policy materials online is appealing to customers. Technology can make buying insurance easier and reduce congestion and traffic at call centers.

For agents and brokers, it’s important to partner with a company that makes these options readily available. Technology can transform the customer experience by helping the client understand the information. It also helps reduce mistakes and errors in documents, which helps shorten the processing time.
