Technology is constantly changing and our solutions here at Morgan White Group want to empower our agents with new tools to make it easier to sustain customer connections, provide insurance solutions and use their time wisely. More efficient processes won’t necessarily remove the human touch, but they can increase accuracy, make information more accessible, and can greatly enhance the carrier-customer interaction. Technology advancements have started to automate and predict standard insurance-related tasks, from filing a claim to adjusting a policy’s coverage. We recently spoke with Ben Markland, Technology Manager & Carrier Relations with MWG Broker Services about the importance of technology in the day-to-day insurance world.
